Nyama

Nyama is an incredibly sweet girl who has had a very hard life already. Both of her parents passed away when she was a toddler, forcing her elderly grandmother to care for her when she wasn’t able. Nyama helps to care for her younger siblings but the family really struggles to make it by.

Despite her hard circumstances, Nyama is clever and very creative, always finding new things to paint or draw. She says that she dreams of one day becoming a nurse and helping to care for small babies.
