Monde

Monde is quite a shy, timid girl. She loves playing with building blocks at school and says that she wants to become a teacher when she grows up. Monde loves the color purple and helps out at home by sweeping the house and the garden outside.

Monde lives with her mother, one brother, and 4 sisters in a small straw hut. Her father passed away a few years ago. Monde’s mother is so excited for the opportunity to send her to school as they would never have been able to send her without the sponsorship program.
