Akombelwa is a precious little girl who was admitted to our Save A Life feeding program with her twin brother, Minjenje. Akombelwa and Minjenje live with their mother and father and 4 other siblings.

The mother is unable to produce enough breastmilk for both of them and they are unable to buy enough formula milk for them. The family have a small business of selling charcoal, but still struggle to make enough money to provide for the family.
